Plan questions
How do the plans work?+
Two ways in. The Month Pass is $29 once: 45 Selby-written listings over 30 days, it never renews and there is nothing to cancel — made for clearing out a garage. The Membership is unlimited everything at $15 a month or $111 a year (38% off), starts with a free trial, and cancels anytime from your account. Both include Selby answering and negotiating with buyers, and per-marketplace versions of every listing. Photo Studio is free on every plan because it runs on your device.
Where do my photos go?+
Photo Studio tools (auto-fix, crop, rotate, background removal) run entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Selby-written listings send the photos you choose to Google Gemini for analysis through our server, which forwards them and keeps no copy. Photos and listings are stored on your device (and in your account when you sign in), never sold, never used to train anything.
Can I cancel?+
Memberships cancel anytime from your account — inside the free trial nothing is ever charged, and after it you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The Month Pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Your listings stay on your device either way.
What if Selby gets my item wrong?+
Add a note before analysis ("it's the 2019 model, missing the remote"), or fix any field afterwards. If Selby has no AI connection it says so loudly and shows labelled sample data instead of pretending.
Take the photo.
Selby takes it from there.
Free trial on Membership, one-time Month Pass if you’d rather not subscribe. Works in the browser you already have — your first listing takes about a minute.
